WHAT CAN I CANCEL?

You can cancel most orders placed on Autocrank, provided they are eligible for cancellation. Certain items marked as non-cancellable are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances. However, the majority of orders placed with distributors listed on Autocrank can be cancelled within the stipulated cancellation period. Please refer to individual product pages to check if the product is eligible for cancellation.

To cancel an order:

Once the cancellation request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email and text message.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED ORDER?

If you cancel an order that is eligible for a refund, the refund process will be initiated as follows:

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION GUIDELINES FOR THE CUSTOMERS?

Ensure that the cancellation request is made within the allowed period mentioned on the product page. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be declined. For orders eligible for cancellation, the refund process will begin once the distributor confirms the cancellation.

HOW CAN YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE CANCELLATION?

To check the status of your cancellation:
